Born from the writing series that made so many of you say “I’ve never felt more seen,” this journal was made to give that feeling somewhere to land.
Inside, you’ll find 11 original prompts inspired by the lyrics. Each one is woven between 172 100gsm, coated pages designed for both writing and scrapbooking. The pages alternate between lined and blank, giving you space to reflect, collage, process, or just feel.
The prompts are pulled from a mix of fan-favourite songs - from Mess and You’re Gonna Go Far to Dial Drunk and The View Between Villages.
Use it when you need to make sense of something. When you'd like to remember a moment, or just jot something down.
This isn’t a journal that expects you to be consistent or polished - it’s one that meets you exactly where you are.

This A5 hardcover journal (5.8 x 8.3 inches) features a Printed Paper Case (PPC) matte finish cover on 150gsm coated stock -durable, portable, and designed to move with you.
Inside, you’ll find 172 pages of smooth 100gsm coated paper - thick enough to resist bleeding and made to hold ink, glue, tape, and whatever else you throw at it. Pages alternate between lined and blank, giving you space to write, draw, or scrapbook without limits.
Use it daily, occasionally, or whenever you want to be creative.
And tucked at the back, you’ll find a hidden map featuring 14 visual easter eggs inspired by Noah’s lyrics - a quiet little journey to colour in as you go. :)

What kind of paper is inside? Can I use pens, markers, or glue? +
The journal uses 100gsm smooth coated paper, which means it’s thick enough to handle pens, markers, washi tape, glue, and light paint without bleeding through. It’s built for writing, layering, scrapbooking - whatever you need it to hold. Whether you’re jotting down a lyric, taping in a train ticket, or building a full collage page, the paper’s made to keep up.
How long will shipping take? +
All journals are printed to order and shipped directly from the UK. Once dispatched, typical transit times are: UK & Ireland: 2–5 working days Europe: 3–10 working days US & Canada: 5–10 working days Australia & New Zealand: 6–12 working days Rest of World: Up to 14–21 working days depending on location You’ll receive a tracking link once it’s on the way. If your journal arrives damaged or misprinted, I’m so sorry - I’ll always make it right. Just email me at admin@thealphaloft.co.uk within 7 days of delivery. To help me get a replacement to you quickly, please include: – Your TheAlphaLoft order number (it’ll start with AL) – A short description of what happened – A few photos of the damage (including packaging if possible) Once I’ve got that, I’ll send out a replacement right away - no fuss.
How are trees planted with every order? +
This journal was printed through a carbon-offset program in partnership with Ecologi (done via the printers used). For every order placed, trees are planted on your behalf - supporting reforestation efforts around the world.It’s a small way to give back while creating something meant to help you grow, too.

You can find journal page ideas and examples over on my TikTok - @alphamacy - where I share layouts, scrapbook spreads, and prompt responses using this exact journal. But honestly? You don’t need a plan to begin. This journal was made for emotional release, quiet moments, and messy beginnings. Even if you don’t know where to start, your pages will meet you where you are. There’s no wrong way to fill them. To me, music has always been about connection - taking someone else’s words and finding your own truth in them. So however and wherever these songs meet you, that’s exactly where the prompts belong, too.
