During peak times tracking numbers might take a few business days to update. 

How long is your processing time?

At the moment my processing time on all orders is 2-5 weeks as every item is handmade to order. In case of an order with multiple items, they may not be ready at the same time and will be shipped out once all items are ready.

In case of an issue with a specific item, orders will be shipped out once all items are ready. If you'd prefer to have the order partially dispatched please let me know!

Please note that there's no mail collections on Saturdays and Sundays, so for orders that are due to be dispatched on weekends, the tracking number will often be with you by the next business day.
