Festive Season Shipping Info

As the festive season is upon us, I wanted to make sure everyone is fully prepared when placing orders and up to date with any potential postal delays or strike action.

The current cut-off date for Christmas dispatch is November 27th (23:59 GMT). All orders placed before this date will be shipped out before I close for the holidays - this is because every item is handmade to order, and Christmas is my busiest time of the year.

Orders placed after the cut-off are not guaranteed to arrive in time for Christmas. That said, I’ll always do my best to get orders out as quickly as I can.

If you’ve placed an order after the cut-off but still hope to receive it in time, I offer an optional fast-track production upgrade for an additional fee. This moves your order to the front of my queue and ensures it’s embroidered and dispatched as quickly as possible, without affecting the timelines of customers who ordered earlier.

In the case of any unexpected delays (e.g. illness), updates will be posted here.

The cut-off date was determined based on my workload as a one-person business, as well as guidance from my partners at DHL (international orders) and Royal Mail (UK orders).
