How long is your processing time?

At the moment my processing time on all orders is 25 business days as every item is handmade to order. In case of an order with multiple items, they may not be ready at the same time and will be shipped out once all items are ready. If your order was placed less than two weeks ago I would ask you to be please be patient while the items are being made :)

In case of an issue with a specific item, orders will be shipped out once all items are ready. If you'd prefer to have the order partially dispatched please let me know!

If the order was placed on Saturday or Sunday, the count starts from the nearest business day as orders are not processed on weekends.

Why does it take so long for my order to ship?

Every order is hand-made to order, meaning I do not keep any stock ready to ship. That way I can make sure to create minimal waste and only make garments that will be worn and shipped out!

What's the difference between the shipping time and processing time?

Processing time is how long it takes your order to be made. It's more dynamic and based on my current workload, how many items are in your order etc. My current processing time will always be displayed at the top of the website.

Shipping time is how long it takes Royal Mail and your local services to deliver the item to you once the order has been shipped. This is the estimate shown at checkout.

How long does shipping take?

    • Domestic shipping - 3 business days days delivery aim.
    • EU: 3-6 business days delivery aim.
    • International: 10-12 business days delivery aim.

Why doesn't my order status change to "processing"?

Shopify's system has three options for your order status: unfulfilled, fulfilled and partially fulfilled. Due to this I have no way of changing your order status in the system to "processing", but if you'd like updates please feel free to message me and I'll be more than happy to provide them! 

I received my embroidered order, but there is a white material behind the design, what is this?

All embroidered designs are are embroidered on a white backing. Embroidery backing is vital to producing high-quality designs as it protects the garment, the stitching and the machinery!

The design is embroidered straight through the material and the backing catches the thread on the other side to keep the design secure. Eventually, this will start to come away after many washes but this will not affect your item as it is stitched into the fabric of the garment.

The size of the backing is the size of the design.

Can I return / exchange my item?

Unfortunately, since clothing items are handmade to order, returns / exchanged are not accepted unless there's damage to the product. BUT - if you recieve your order and there's an issue with it in any way, please get in touch with me! All messages are replied to within 24 hour :)

If an exchange has been agreed upon, exchanges are still subject to my usual processing time. 

My tracking number isn't updating.

Packages aren't always scanned the same day they're dropped off at the post office, especially during peak times. If after a few days your package still hasn't been scanned please do get in touch and I'll do my best to sort it out for you!

Can you provide an update on my order?

While I'm happy to provide updates when I can, due to the nature of orders being handmade and made-to-order, as long as I'm within my original processing time and no changes have been made on my end I cannot always provide an order update. All efforts are being made to ensure your order will be with you as soon as possible.

I need my order by X date.

I am always happy to try and prioritise orders that are needed by a certain date, but if the deadline has not been discussed with me at the time of purchase (or 48 hours afterwards max) I will not be taking responsibility for late arrivals.

UK CUSTOMERS: Please make sure to purchase 1PM next day delivery if you're looking for a guaranteed delivery date. Both standard second class & tracked 48 are delivery aims only.

Can I cancel my order?

My current cancellation window is 24 hours. Please get in touch with me if you have any issues!

 Can I buy the embroidery file and make your products myself?

No. My embroidery files are not for sale and are not to be replicated without my consent.
