Cancellations, Returns, Lost Orders and Refunds

My cancellation window is 24 hours.

While I am happy to offer cancellations in case of extenuating circumstances, generally speaking my cancellation window is 24 hours. That is because orders are handmade-to-order which is a process that requires multiple steps such as buying and preparing materials. 

Once an order goes into production I can no longer cancel it. That means that if I've started working on your order, I unfortunately can no longer make any changes or cancel the order. 

For orders paid using Klarna, I cannot issue refunds until the payment has been captured by Klarna. Orders within the cancellation window will be refunded once the payment has been captured.

Made a mistake while making a purchase?

Mistakes happen. If you made a mistake while making a purchase, such as ordering the wrong clothing size or ordering duplicate items, I'm happy to make any sort of amendments for you! Please email me using the contact form with your order number and the required change and I'll make sure to change it on my end.

This also includes changing the shipping address - please note this is only valid on unfulfilled orders! 

What if my order gets lost?

Please allow up to four weeks for international orders and two weeks for domestic orders for your orders to be delivered (bank holidays and other holidays excluded). The reason for that is that we have a window of time we must wait until we can file a claim of lost mail! If your order is confirmed to be lost by Royal Mail, a replacement item will be dispatched.

My order arrived late.

While I understand it is frustrating, I do not accept returns or offer refunds on late deliveries as orders are out of my hands once they're dropped off at my local post office. If you need your order by a certain date please get in touch beforehand so I can make sure it's doable.

I am always happy to try and prioritise orders that are needed by a certain date, but if the deadline has not been discussed with me at the time of purchase (or 48 hours afterwards max) I will not be taking responsibility for late arrivals.

Can I return / exchange my item?

Unfortunately, since clothing items are handmade to order, returns and exchanges are not accepted unless the item arrives damaged. 

If you recieve your order and there's an issue with it in any way, please get in touch with me! All messages are replied to within 24 hour :)

In an event of an domestic exchange or a return has been agreed upon, labels will. be provided by me. In an event of an international exchange or return has been agreed upon, the buyer will be responsible for postage as at the moment free international returns is not something I can offer. 

I reserve the right to refuse service when frequent cancellations or suspicious orders are placed.

Customs & VAT for International Customers:

Any persons ordering from outside the UK is liable to be charged import VAT / customs duty and it is the customers responsibility to know what their country charges for goods received from outside their country. Whilst I wish to be as helpful as possible, I unfortunately calculate this for you and nor can we advise as to what your charges might be.
