Commission / Custom Order Information

If you're interested in a custom order of any sort - either for personal or business use, I'm more than happy to take commissions! 

What types of commissions do you offer?

  • Printable art (I do not offer physical prints at the moment, only digital, and the same goes for commissions).
  • Semi custom printables - making alterations to existing designs. 
  • Tattoo designs
  • Custom sweatshirts / embroidered garments.
  • Other commissions - in the past I've designed t-shirts for companies as well as logos for other small businesses.

What's the payment process like?

Custom orders will be paid for via a direct Shopify link. All custom orders will recieve an email receipt confirming your payment and an invoice if necessary (do let me know if you require one for tax purposes). 

What is the commission process like?

  1. Please contact me using the contact form above or via social media (happy to take instagram or TikTok DMs). Once you let me know what you're looking for I'll give you an exact quote (price ranges are available below) as well as an estimated timeline for completion. 
  2. Once we've refined the idea for the artwork itself, a 50% deposit is required for tattoos (full payment is required for clothing). The deposit is non-refundable as I have limited commission slots and your deposit covers the consultation as well as reserving your commission slot.
  3. Once the deposit has been paid, the first draft will be created. I'll send you the draft and we'll take it from there - the design is yours to revise until you're completely happy with it! 
  4. Depending on the product of your choice, I will either send you the link to the other half of the payment with the digital files, or go ahead and embroider it. 

IMPORTANT NOTES

    1. I do not do religious tattoos or artwork.
    2. I require communication from my clients. That means communicating in advance whether you're waiting for payday or not and communicating during the revision process. Should I find myself having to chase it up with a client multiple times, a late fee will be added to the final payment. I'm happy to create a payment schedule for you or a different timeline to suit my clients, but please do keep me in the loop.
    3. Depending on the complexity of the project, I will be offering a set number of revisions. Afterwards, revisions will costa extra which will be included in the final payment.
    4. The base price of a commission includes revisions - however, it does not include complete overhauls of the designs and these will be added to the final price.

 PRICING 

Tattoo Commissions

  • The base price for tattoo commissions is £60, but they range from £60 - £100+, depending on the complexity and the size.
  • For tattoos, a 50% deposit (£30) will be required to reserve your commission slot. 

Printable Art

  • Semi commissions (aka altering a design) are £20, and full payment is required upfront.
  • Commissioned art pieces are range from £50 - £80+, depending on the complexity of the piece. Full payment upfront is required on commissions between £50 - £65 and a 50% deposit will be required on commissions above that. 

Embroidered Clothing:

Please keep in mind that these are base prices only and serve as a guideline. 

  • T-Shirts - £55+
  • Sweatshirts - £70+
  • Hoodies - £85+

All embroidered garments are subject to my usual processing times (1-5 weeks).

OTHERS 

Please contact me for all other projects and I'll give you an appropriate quote!  

TERMS AND CONDITIONS 

All commissioned projects are for personal use unless stated otherwise. 

Customers do not have the right to sell on any design, in any way, shape or form, this includes creating merchandise, selling via places like RedBubble etc., minting as NFTs etc. Customers also do not have the right to display commissioned work within their tattoo studios for them to tattoo on a client.

If you commissioned a design from me and are then wanting to use the commissioned design for business purposes, please contact me so I can send over a price guide. USING A COMMISSIONED DESIGN FOR COMMERCIAL PURPOSES WITHOUT CONTACTING ME WILL RESULT IN YOU BEING BLACKLISTED.
