T-Shirts:
100% Organic ringspun combed cotton. 180gsm. Unisex fit.
No waistband. Size up for an oversized fit.
Sweatshirts & Hoodies:
80% Ringspun cotton, 20% polyester. 280gsm. Unisex fit.
1x1 rib cuffs, waistband, and collar. Size up for an oversized fit.
Please note: The design is embroidered on a backing. The backing catches the thread on the other side to keep the design secure and make sure it lasts long. It might be slightly stiff upon reception due to travel, but it will soften up and come away after many washes but this will not affect your item as it is stitched into the fabric of the garment. You can read more about that here. If you are sensitive to textures please size up.

All items are shipped from the UK.
My current processing time on all items is 2-5 weeks. That is because all items are made to order! If you need your order by a certain date please get in touch beforehand.
I charge customs fees for EU buyers (factored into the shipping price) - buyers in the US / Canada / AUS are liable to be charged import VAT / customs duty.

Care Instructions
This is a custom embroidered item - please treat it with care. I recommend to wash inside-out on 30 degrees cycles only with similar colours and air dry.
- Do not tumble dry.
- Wash inside out.
- Do not dry clean. Chemicals used in dry cleaning can damage the embroidery!
- Do not bleach.
- Never iron over the imprint. If necessary, iron on the reverse side around the backing (never on!).

How long is your processing time? +
At the moment my processing time on all orders is 25 business days as every item is handmade to order. In case of an order with multiple items, they may not be ready at the same time and will be shipped out once all items are ready. If your order was placed less than two weeks ago I would ask you to be please be patient while the items are being made :)
In case of an issue with a specific item, orders will be shipped out once all items are ready. If you'd prefer to have the order partially dispatched please let me know!
If the order was placed on Saturday or Sunday, the count starts from the nearest business day as orders are not processed on weekends.
Why does it take so long for my order to ship? +
Every order is hand-made to order, meaning I do not keep any stock ready to ship. That way I can make sure to create minimal waste and only make garments that will be worn and shipped out!
What's the difference between the shipping time and processing time? +
Processing time is how long it takes your order to be made. It's more dynamic and based on my current workload, how many items are in your order etc.
My current processing time will always be displayed at the top of the website.
Shipping time is how long it takes Royal Mail and your local services to deliver the item to you once the order has been shipped.

How long does shipping take? +
Domestic shipping - 1-2 business days delivery aim.
EU: 2-5 business days delivery aim, import tax included - signed delivery.
International: 2-5 business days delivery aim - signed delivery.
Why doesn't my order status change to "processing"? +
Shopify's system has three options for your order status: unfulfilled, fulfilled and partially fulfilled. Due to this I have no way of changing your order status in the system to "processing", but if you'd like updates please feel free to message me and I'll be more than happy to provide them!
I received my embroidered order, but there is a white material behind the design, what is this? +
All embroidered designs are are embroidered on a white backing. Embroidery backing is vital to producing high-quality designs as it protects the garment, the stitching and the machinery!
The design is embroidered straight through the material and the backing catches the thread on the other side to keep the design secure. Eventually, this will start to come away after many washes but this will not affect your item as it is stitched into the fabric of the garment.
The size of the backing is the size of the design.
